Refund Policy
We believe in fair, transparent business. Here's exactly how our refund process works โ no confusion, no hidden clauses.

Our Commitment: We want every client to be happy with Wisemedia's services. If something isn't working, we'll always try to fix it first. Refunds are considered fairly on a case-by-case basis within the guidelines below.
1. General Refund Principles
Because digital services involve significant upfront effort (design, development, setup), our refund policy reflects the work invested. We operate on good faith and expect the same from our clients.
2. Monthly Subscription Plans
2.1 Current Month Fees
Monthly subscription fees (Basic โน1,999 / Growth โน3,999 / Pro โน7,999) are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. This is because work for that month begins immediately upon payment.
2.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining days if cancelled mid-cycle.
2.3 Annual Prepayments
If you have made an annual prepayment, a prorated refund for unused complete months (minimum 2 months remaining) may be issued at our discretion after deducting setup and onboarding costs (โน5,000 minimum).
3. One-Time Project Payments
3.1 Before Work Begins
- If you cancel before any work has started: 100% refund
- If you cancel after initial consultation but before design: 75% refund
3.2 After Work Begins
- After design work has started: 50% refund
- After development is 50%+ complete: No refund (but deliverables to date provided)
- After project delivery and approval: No refund
4. Free Domain
The free domain provided in the first year has zero monetary value in your refund calculation. Domain registration fees once paid to the registrar are non-refundable under any circumstance (this is a registrar policy, not ours).
5. Ad Spend
Ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram) is entirely non-refundable. Once budget is deployed to a live campaign, it cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for ad performance or platform policy changes that affect campaign results.
6. When Refunds Are Automatically Approved
- We delivered the wrong service than what was agreed in writing
- Technical failure on our end that made service completely inaccessible for more than 72 continuous hours
- Duplicate charge or billing error
- Payment was charged after confirmed cancellation
7. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@wisemedia.co.in with subject: "Refund Request โ [Your Name]"
- Include your plan name, payment date, transaction ID, and reason for refund
- We will acknowledge within 48 business hours
- Decision communicated within 7 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7โ14 business days to original payment method
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by emailing info@wisemedia.co.in with "Dispute" in the subject. We commit to a senior review within 5 business days. If still unresolved, disputes are governed by Indian law and courts in India.

We are a small, founder-led company that values every client relationship. If you are unhappy with our services,
